Eleven year old Dani asked to do the honors of placing the SOLD sign on her family’s property in Potomac Fall! Listed by Lisa Mollis Nelson, Broker/Owner of Nelson Realty Group LLC, this lovely home sold before it made it into the MLS. One week prior to the planned entry into the MLS, Lisa ordered the sign to be installed with a “Coming Soon” rider. Just so happens that a buyer was planning to write an offer on another listing down the street and saw the sign. The buyer’s agent called Lisa and her sellers authorized a property visit. We had a contract in our hands the next day and are now on our way to a June closing. Making a property available for showings can be tough on a seller especially when they are trying to plan their move. This is an example of how powerful a yard sign can be.
