Background
Kathy grew up as an Army dependent. Having travelled around the world, her father retired and moved to Vienna, VA in 1967 and Northern Virginia became Kathy’s home. She has been with her husband, Don, since 1975 and they have two children, Danielle and Donnie. Both are pursuing their college education at the University of Richmond and George Mason University. Her passion is her family, but she loves to read, cook, and organize. Having worked in the business world for over 40 years, her background ranges from clerical, administrative, publishing, sales, research and development, meeting/convention planning, product development, retail/resale, and real estate. Kathy offers experience, perfectionism, and dedication.
Real Estate History
Kathy considered becoming a referral agent, but it was her husband who talked her into getting an active license. Kathy loves people and hard work and became a licensed realtor in 1998. Both Lisa and Kathy have worked together for over a decade for an international real estate franchise. Kathy joined Nelson Realty Group in January 2010.
